All sales are final due to the nature of our preorder items.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at wildrootsco.ne@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We are not responsible for sizing issues, so please review sizing charts before purchasing.

If a replacement is available, we will send one. If not, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
